Training...

Persons wishing to join "Satori Shotokan" should initially turn up at any one of the clubs training sessions to register.

Non-members are to train for two sessions initially, paying the non-members training fee, on the third session they are to apply for club membership at the current rate (forms available from the secretary).

On acceptance of membership a KUGB licence and insurance are to be obtained at the current rate.

Members obtaining a Temporary 2nd or 1st Kyu Grade MUST wait six months before attempting to take their next grade.

Gradings will be held at the Chesterfield dojo every 4 months. Members wishing to grade MUST have trained at least 24 times between each grading (no exceptions), to be eligable to take their next Kyu grade.

Members wishing to take a Black Belt Grade MUST have trained twice per week continuously at the main Chesterfield Dojo for six months prior to attempting their Dan Grading and MUST have attended two KUGB Brown and Black Belt courses, within the year, prior to taking their Black Belt grading.

Training Fees...

Club Membership:	£60.00 Life membership
Non Members Training Fees:	£7.00 per session (Tues only)
Members Training Fees:	£7.00 per session (Tues, Thurs), Friday £10.00 per session
KUGB Licence & Insurance:	Adult: £22.00. Child: £20.00 per year
A reduction in training fees is available for members paying for 2 sessions or more in advance, same week only. Life membership is valid as long as continuous training at the club is maintained.
